About Me:
Avid Fisher
I use this product for float fishing steelhead on Michigan rivers. I have a 10' Convergence from a couple years ago, and I prefer it to this 10'6". The 10'6" does not balance very well with my Revo Sx baitcaster, very tip heavy, which will wear on your upper arm and shoulder after a long day. It is also a lot softer than my 10' convergence. It fights fish pretty well, but it does bend to the cork and the guides do not seem to be spaced right, because the line rubs on the rod when fighting fish.
Pros: Flexible, Accurate Casting
Cons: Softer Than I thought, Tip heavy
Best Uses: River Fishing
Good multiple purpose rod

Great rod for salmon/ steelhead. Bottom bouncing streams and or rivers with a baitcaster is great. Hard to find a factory casting rod in the 10 foot range. Can chuck 2/5 cleos a mile for pier fishing.
Pros: Sensitive, Good Tip Action
Cons: none
Best Uses: Salmon, River Fishing, Large Fish, Steelhead
