Seaguar Blue Label Fluorocarbon Leader Material offers 34% better knot strength than leading competitor fluorocarbons. Developed with Seaguar's exclusive, proprietary Double Structure Technology, Blue Label Fluorocarbon Leader Material is one of the best on the market. This leader materials advanced strength allows use of smaller pound test versus other fluorocarbons for more effective presentation. Blue Label also features incredible impact strength, knot strength and abrasion resistance.
Ideal for any leader application from 2 to 80 lbs., fresh or salt water, Blue Label Fluorocarbon Leader Material is a great choice. As with all 100% Fluorocarbon products, Blue Label is much less visible underwater than monofilament line and virtually invisible to fish. Blue Label is also UV resistant, chemical resistant, non-absorbant, high-density and impervious to cold conditions. This line features 100% Seaguar resins and is produced using a proprietary extrusion process.
We offer Seaguar Blue Label Fluorocarbon Leader Material - 25 yd. in 2 through 80 pound test. The color is clear. Each leader spool contains 25 yards of line.

Using 75' of 15lb Seaguar fluorocarbon leader on the end of 18lb lead core seems to be the best combination for me for catching walleye on Lake Erie.

Best fluocarbon for pike. 60# is ok, but 80# is better for abrasion resistance. Can turn big fly easily and do not kink like wire. Very easy to make knots.

Purchased for float fishing for steelhead. 6lb. and 4lb. Used numerous knots to swivel and hook and still had breakoff's . Definitely will try another brand.
