This tool is great to quickly tune new stick baits or when a fish whacks it out of tune. Out of tune lures don't catch fish and worse yet create tangles. This tool eliminates the headache of fumbling around with pliers getting your lure to run right.

Owner of several Reef Runners and albeit they are finely tuned from the factory, there have been times when one or more of my favorites have been knocked out of kilter for one reason or another. Can't catch fish when they aren't running true! This is a heavy duty piece that allows for exact control of how much adjustment you want to make. Most definitely better than using pliers, for sure.

Very easy to over correct the lure. It took a handful of times to get the first one right.
