RIO Steelhead/Salmon Fly Line is made specifically for the casting demands of Steelhead and Salmon fly fishing. The long belly and long back taper were developed for easy, controlled mends, roll casting and single handed spey casting. The bullet front taper turns over large flies with ease.
This line features RIO's Agent X Technology, which makes it extremely easy to lift off the water, while the XS Extreme Slickness Technology results in longer casts, giving you the ability to cast to water that is to far away for other lines. Steelhead & Atlantic Salmon Fly Line also features welded loops on both ends for easy rigging. Add a ">Rio Trout VersiLeader Sinking Tapered Leader for an instantaneous sink tip. The DualTone design gives this line a yellow front taper and head with a pale green running line that makes it easy to locate loading points while casting.
