Fly Box Foam In Lid Okuma offers a full line of classic design aluminum fly boxes. These attractive boxes have the highest quality of workmanship and material, at an unbelievably affordable price. Even the novice fly fisherman won't be able to resist these boxes.

Window compartment boxes have individual spring loaded see-through windows and locking lids. These boxes are fitted with stainless steel micro springs that click the windows open effortlessly.

The stainless steel clip boxes feature clips for holding your flies. Your wet flies will dry quicker inside these fly boxes which have ventilation openings for better air circulation. Okuma's wide selection of clip boxes are great for organizing and displaying your flies.

The foam fly boxes are padded with high density foam that does not absorb water, enhancing the drying process of wet flies.

Nice nymph box

About Me:

I use this as a nymph hotel to store my extra supply of nymphs.  I bought the version that has just flat foam on one side.  I like that I can open one door, turn the box upside down and dump just the contents of the one compartment onto the foam side of the box for easy sorting.

The drawbacks to this this design of fly box (this includes all boxes and all manufacturers of this style) are; 1. The top doesn't snap closed.  2. The individual doors can sometimes open on their own.

Still... I really like this type of box for certain uses, am glad I bought it and would buy another.  The price was really good too!

I have a bunch of fly boxes, and I don't like most of them, but I love this one. It separates flys so when you take off a wet one, it dosen't come in contact with any others. That's been a problem for me in the past. It's light, and compact. Its become my main box.

Good fly box. Has windowed boxes and aluminum clips for flies. One complaint is if you allow the spring-loaded windowed boxes to "flip" open, occasionally, this will send one of the flies they contain sailing out of the box! Also, you can disrupt some of the three dimensionality of your larger dry flies if you leave them in the clips for a prolonged period of time. Otherwise, I am quite happy with this fly box! I would buy it again.

Pros: Functional , Easy To Use , Durable

I like this box overall but it is tough for big fingers. The specific compartments require that you use very specific flies - which could be useful but it was limiting. Great construction and very durable. Overall I'm glad I bought it but it requires very specific purpose.

Pros: Durable , Functional , Easy To Maintain

Cons: Tough for big fingers

This box is the best deal for the money. I recommend it, even though it does not latch. The box does do a good job staying closed, I am anticipating this to loosen over time. The product is easily replaced at this price as opposed to those costing upwards of a few hundred dollars!

Pros: Functional , Best product for cost

Cons: Box does not latch closed

Best Uses: Fly storage

good product, very useful to keep your flies in order. you can classify flies by size, colour and, the part I like most, if you need a certain fly you don't have to open the whole box, only the compartment where the fly is.

Pros: Functional , Easy To Maintain , Light , Easy To Use

Cons: None

Best Uses: Fresh Water
