Minn Kota Maxxum Trolling Motors are freshwater bow mount motors that provide tournament-tested power and innovative fishing features that were made with one purpose: keeping up with anglers like you. The Maxxum Mount that plows through any obstacle. When you stow Maxxum, you can rest assured that it won’t budge, flex or vibrate. The patented Bowguard 360 breaks away on impact from any angle, then automatically resets itself. You get uninterrupted fishing and an extra safeguard from damaging your trolling motor or boat. It also detaches for added convenience.
Minn Kota Maxxum Trolling Motors are constructed with an indestructible composite shaft that is stronger than steel, flexes on impact, and won’t break, kink or corrode. Maxxum motors also feature the cool, quiet power of a Minn Kota motor. The extra large windings and commutators dissipate heat, resulting in cooler operation, extended battery power, and longer motor life. And the unique bearing system reduces friction to cut fish-spooking noise. So quiet, they’ll never hear you coming.
