Lamiglas G1000 Salmon & Steelhead Spinning Rods

$219.95 - $254.95

The Lamiglas G1000 Salmon & Steelhead Spinning Rods have earned their place in angling history by providing high quality, American made rods with a honest value. Each rod has been given a specific name for the technique or territory were these rods excel. Names like "Kenai King Spin" and "Kenai Pro Spin" are simply guidelines for these rods, but don't assume these are the sole application in which these rods will work.

The G1000 rods are purebred workhorses, accepting the challenges of demanding fish and techniques, built for a lifetime of heavy use. Features include responsive graphite blanks with Fuji guides and reel seats and comfortable fine-grade cork grips. All of the rods in this series are two piece.

Rod specifications and handle styles can be seen under the "Specifications" tab above.

This rod is my 4th Lamiglas. I thought it would be just like my old "surflite" but it has more backbone and casts like a dream. i fish in the surf in southern California 4 days a week mostly using Carolina rig with perch crack. This rod is so much fun. Tosses 1/2oz sinkers farther than any other rod. I can't wait to throw Lucky Craft 110 next week. By the way, I caught a fish on my 1st cast. I'm stuck on Lamiglas and the service at Fish USA is best. I mail order from SOCAL. They're doing it right.
