I use this material when tying streamers and jigs. I've tied what seems like a hundred jigs with this material and everyone that has used them seem to love them. The way the material reflects light and glides through the water makes it the best material I've ever used. As long as Wapsi is in business I will never change brands.

This is a great item. It really creates a flash in the light. Very bright and shiny. It is a very similar texture to synthetic hair. I use it in combination with buck tails and squirrel tails and also just on its own to make dressed treble hooks for spinners and to tie jigs. It has good action on its own it the water. It is stiffer than squirrel tail and adding too much Krystal Flash to squirrel tail can change the action. Overall a great product than any lure builder should have. I don't tie flies but imagine it would be well suited for that also.

There is no comparison between the real and the "not real". This is thicker, stronger and easier to use. I used in on size 20 flies just fine too.

I put tails on every crankbait, spinner, spoon and spinnerbait that I use. I've got all my friends hooked (no pun intended) on using it too.
