The reel did not fit securely in the rod seat. Rod seat was to deep, or reel mounting ears to short. This was a christmas present so there was no time to return. I poured some hot glue in the reel seat so the reel would not slide down so far. The reel would slide down so far that the tightener on the top would not catch the reel and the reel would fall out. The hot glue made it functional but there was still play in it from side to side.

Pros: Durable , Versatile , Lightweight , Easy To Use

Cons: Reel mated to pole sloppy

Best Uses: Ice Fishing
