Cross Current PRO-1 Fly Rods

If you fish the flats, you're going to want at least one of the Cross Current PRO-1 Fly Rods. For someone who never needs, or for that matter wants, to take the rods apart, these will be a revelation.

As you would expect, these rods have an extremely smooth and powerful casting stroke. They also feature the, superlight, nickle-titanium RECOIL stripper and snake guide system. These guides are extremely tough and resilient, providing a noticeable reduction in weight. The PRO-1 series is an extremely durable and aesthetically-pleasing series of rods that will undoubtedly complement any fly rod collection.

FR1067-1 CC - A surprisingly powerful and unique, one-piece saltwater fly rod. When major wind isn't an issue and you want to go to a slightly lighter rod, this is a great choice! It will handle smaller flies and lighter tippets which can be extremely beneficial when the water is ultra-clear and the fish are spooky. A wonderful, light-duty rod for bonefish, schoolie stripers, specks and puppy drum.

FR1068-1 CC - The FR1068-1 is a very unique, all-around light-duty saltwater fly rod for the professional guide or any serious angler that never needs to take a rod apart. It's a smooth caster, yet brutally tough. And as an added bonus, there are no ferrules to adjust ever!

FR1069-1 CC - When you fish around heavy cover for snook or redfish, this model is a powerful, yet smooth casting rod that has all the strength you'll need to muscle the fish away from trouble. It is an excellent striper rod.

FR10610-1 CC - This model is the ultimate in toughness and durability. It is great for permit on the flats or big snook in the backcountry; this is an extremely smooth casting big fish rod with plenty of power in reserve for those big surprises.

FR10611-1 CC - This powerful 11 wt. rod is surprisingly easy to cast and is perfect for big snook and permit yet will not fail when a big tarpon comes into view.
