Frogg ToggsThe Frogg Toggs Women's Sweet "T" Rain Pants are 100% waterproof, 100% windproof, breathable and most of all, affordable. These rain pants are constructed with a patented process of three layers of polypropylene material with a center layer of micro-porous film. Because the pores are 20,000 times smaller than a water droplet, moisture cannot penetrate. In addition, the patented seaming process eliminates needle holes and possible water entry.
