Paired this rod up with one of their Aird reels and what a combo. This rod is so sensitive that I can feel the action of the lure when retreiving. Have landed a couple of big Pike and this rod can take on punishment. Diawa did a great job on this product!

Pros: Strong, Balanced, Sensitive

Cons: none

Best Uses: Smallmouth bass, Northern pike

I am impressed with the rod. I have many other UL rods that are going to be put away while I enjoy fishing with this rod. Light awesome casting, long enough for some give in fighting good size trout. I'm saving penny's for another one.
