Endurance/ProCast Noodle Spinning Rods
Please not that Cortland is in the process of renaming these rods ProCast from the original name Endurance. We currently have a mix of rods in stock. Shipped rods will either be labeled as "ProCast" or "Endurance". All other rod features are the same.
Cortland Endurance/ProCast Noodle Spinning Rods have everything an angler would ever want in a light action noodle rod. Function, style and affordability make the Endurance/ProCast rods a top choice.
Endurance/ProCast Noodle Spinning Rods are great for targeting small salmon, steelhead, trout and panfish with light lines. Rod features include 100% graphite blank construction, aluminum oxide guides, premium cork handles, graphite-to-graphite "tip-over-butt" ferrule construction and Cortland's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
The most stunning feature of the Endurance/ProCast Series would have to be the rod blank. Before finishing, the rod blanks are wrapped with an ultra thin graphite fiber, increasing the overall strength of the rod while providing a distinctive look. All Endurance/ProCast rod blanks are finished in transparent olive sparkle flake and wrapped with tan with sliver trim. Fuji components and woven reel seats complete the rod's overall appearance.

Best Noodle Rod Ever

I absolutely love this rod!!! I have owned the 10.6 rod three years now and it has NEVER disapointed me. I have caught countless salmon and steelhead with this rod. landed a fresh 30lb chinook on 10lb leader this past September. Regularly fish 4-5lb tippet and land 15lb steelhead with only the occasional breakoff. Rod is also great for jigging spoons and bucktail jigs from shore. Gonna take it out in the boat in the next week or two to try surface trolling flies for landlocked Atlantic salmon, and I'm confident that this rod is going to come through once again. I haven't broken this rod yet, but Cortand has a lifetime waranty. If you are thinking about buying this rod, DO IT!
Pros:
everything about it
Cons:
should have a hook holder
Best Uses:
Steelhead Fishing

This is a great rod for a variety of freshwater fishing. Just a beautiful finish with an action that suits me perfectly. I use the 8 ft. rods for trolling off the side of my boat. Think so much of these rods that I've purchased three of them. Just can't understand why a quality rod such as this is absent a hook holder. I see no reason why they are difficult to transport since they are two piece rods. Absolutely love these Cortland rods.
