Use the Gulp Nuggets for trout locally. I have used every other (powerbait, etc) and the nuggets are hands down the best. Have even used 4 lines (with a friend), all different varieties and colors... Gulp nuggets caught 9 trout, others caught 1 in the same time, same day, same location. RESULTS!

Pros: Easy To Store, Easy To Handle, Irresistible to Fish

Cons: Limited Use

Best Uses: Fresh Water

Floats off bottom a 1-3 feet out of weeds and debris on the lake or pond bottom...add a medium mealworm to the hook first to sweeten it up. Dunk it in the water to make sure it still floats. Use a single egg size 10 eagle claw hook. Highly effective on freshly stocked trout! Replace a mealie/marshmallow combo

Pros: Great for trout

Cons: Bit pricey

Best Uses: Shore Casting, Trout in a pond, Fresh Water
