very nice line . add 3' of mono for leader and you're set for the season. line is so small ice build-up is almost nonexistent. 1+2 # are great for perch and walleye. I cauoght a 4' muskie with this line last winter, so it is strong enough for anything out there.

Great line for ice fishing small lures. Disappears in water. It does hold some water so it can ice up more than mono. You can fish 2lb like you fish 6lb test lines. Caught many big trout and haven't broken it yet.

It's very thin so the lure falls fast and the line diameter makes it good for small jigs. It pricy for 50 yards andd 50 yards is not enough to fill most small ice fishing reels without having backing line.
