Used this line as part of the rigging while fishing for King Salmon in Lake Ontario. I use Fireline on my downrigger rods. At the end of the fireline I have a good swivel. From that swivel to a flasher I use the Ande line. From the other end of the flasher to the fly or spoon I use flourocarbon leader. I don't feel the line from the Fireline to the flasher needs to be flourocarbon and the Ande line worked well for the limited use. I put some of the Ande line on a reel for some long line trolling but have not tired it yet. Seemed to spool well on the reel. Good price. I rated the line at five stars because I did not find any fault with it and could not think what might improve the performance.
