These reels are designed for medium action freshwater fishing.
We also stock the left hand retrieve and "cranking" versions of this reel. The left hand version is Model No. PFLTRIONLPL. The "Cranking" version is Model No. PFLTRIONLPCR. It is a right hand retrieve reel which is identical to the LP version but it has a lower gear ratio for a slower retrieve. (Although the packaging on the Cranking reel indicates it has a slightly greater line capacity, we believe this is a typographical error by the manufacturer and that its capacity is identical to the other two models).
