The Pflueger Medalist 1500 Series Fly Reels are a classic, no-frills fly reel and a great value. These reels have been a part of fly fishing for decades with little change. The aluminum alloy frame design will keep these reels running smooth for many years of hard use. The traditional click drag features a pleasant click sound and puts you one-on-one with the fish. The adjustable drag screw adds more drag for hard charging fish. These reels also feature an exposed rim for palming.
