Okuma T-40X Salmon & Steelhead Spinning Rods feature a 40-Ton carbon, ultra-sensitive construction, custom 1K woven "Carbon Cone" fore grips, and either a full carbon butt grip (on Salmon models) or a custom 1K split grip (on Steelhead models). The split grip butt reduces weight and improves rod and reel balance. The tip over butt ferrule connection provides maximum strength and durability. Stainless steel hook keepers are strategically positioned based on the rod technique.
