The Okuma Connoisseur/Avenger Steelhead Combos offer an exceptional value in both rod and reel, with your choice of Okuma Connoisseur Steelhead Rod and Okuma Avenger B Spinning Reel.

Okuma Connoisseur Steelhead Rods feature cork grips, a 90% carbon graphite blank, aluminum oxide guides and graphite reel seats with stainless steel cushioned hoods. They are finished in a deep grey with blue wrappings. The butt grips are straight and the fore grips are slightly cigar-shaped. The Connoisseur line-up features species specific designs that cover a wide range of steelhead fishing techniques. The Okuma Avenger B Spinning Reels are a tremendous value in a durable, super-smooth six ball-bearing front drag reel. Okuma has again increased the spool capacities for each size Avenger while decreasing the overall weights, thanks to the redesigned spools and thinner, stronger blade bodies. The patented Elliptical Gearing System provides a smoothness normally found in reels priced much higher than the Avenger B.
