Okuma Blue Diamond Trolling Rods
Okuma has introduced another value-packed trolling rod line-up with its Blue Diamond Series. With advances in today's rod building technology, Okuma has incorporated many high-end features into this multi-purpose Blue Diamond selection. Each rod is made with an E-glass core and an outer layer of graphite, resulting in a light weight rod with superior strength and super responsive action.
These rods feature a triangular fore grip that prevents the rod from twisting while you are fighting a fish. These rods also have super hard plated gold guide inserts that will withstand the abuse of heavy mono and braided lines and roller guides designed for use with wire trolling lines.
We carry nine models of the Okuma Blue Diamond. The 762ML is a 7½' rod used for downrigger or planer board trolling. The 862ML, 862M and 862MH 8½' rods are designed for downrigger trolling. The 802H 8' and 1002MH 10' rods are used for dipsy diver trolling or mooching. The 902M 9' and 1002M 10' rods have a roller stripper guide and sensitive twili tips, designed for trolling wire line. The 862MH-1 and 1002MH-1 are all roller guide models, designed for trolling with wire line.
We also offer these rods in combos with the Okuma Convector 20D, 30D and 45D linecounter reels and the Okuma Catalina 20D, 30D and 45D linecounter reels.

- Roller Guide rods feature heavy-duty San Fu wire roller guides
