The Okuma Avenger "A" Series spinning reels offer tremendous a value in durable, super-smooth six ball-bearing front drag reels. Okuma has done it again by increasing the spool capacities for each size Avenger "A" while decreasing the overall weights, thanks to the totally redesigned spools and and thinner, stronger blade bodies. The patented Elliptical Oscillation System provides a smoothness normally found in reels priced much higher than the Avenger. Okuma's Connoisseur salmon/steelhead noodle and spinning rods offer an exceptional value in a graphite rod. They feature cork grips, a 90% carbon graphite blank, aluminum oxide guides and graphite reel seats with stainless steel cushioned hoods. They are finished in a deep grey with blue wrappings.
