The Edge's all-new mount takes no prisoners, with an extruded, anodized aluminum arm running right down the center. Built with uncompromising strength, it also features rock-solid stowing and a Latch & Door design making it easy to remove the motor from the mount. It’s perfect for safe and secure storage, and features a soft grip knob.
Minn Kota Edge Trolling Motors are constructed with an indestructible composite shaft that is stronger than steel, flexes on impact, and won’t break, kink or corrode. Edge motors also feature the cool, quiet power of a Minn Kota motor. The extra large windings and commutators dissipate heat, resulting in cooler operation, extended battery power, and longer motor life. And the unique bearing system reduces friction to cut fish-spooking noise. So quiet, they’ll never hear you coming.
