Deep Water Trolling Line

Mason Lead Core Deep Water Trolling Line features a tough, abrasion-resistant braided nylon over a lead core to insure quick sinking. This line has 10 different specially dyed colors which change every 10 yards so you can measure the length of line out and water depths. This line is popular for use in the great lakes when targeting walleye and other gamefish species.

We carry Mason Lead Core in 12, 15, 18, 27, 36 and 45 pound tests. Each spool is 100 yards or 10 colors.

At trolling speeds of 0.5 mph to 1.8 mph while using a 10 foot monofilament leader, each 6 feet of line out will attain a diving depth of one foot. Each line color section will dive approximately 5 feet.
