The goal of any angler is ultimately to catch fish. And catching fish with a fly is all about the presentation. That's why you'll find smooth, balanced actions throughout every rod in the Lamiglas line.

Utilizing Lamiglas's high end XMG 50 graphite blank material, the XMG 50 Travel Fly Rods feature balance, power and precise control for pin point casting and accuracy. The XMG 50's are extra fast action (bordering on ultra fast) and are able to load quickly and generate incredible line speeds. These rods are perfect for the lake, stream and flats fishing and are able to delicately cast to rising fish yet powerful enough to punch through the wind.

The XMG 50 Travel Fly Rods in line weights 4 through 6 come with nickel silver reel seats with Cocobolo wood inserts and western style grips. Rods in line weights 7 through 12 feature fully machined aluminum, double uplocking reel seats with full wells grips and fighting butts. 12 weight rods also include a small forward grip above the full wells grip for added leverage when fighting large pelagic fish. All XMG 50 Travel Fly Rods rods are four-piece for easy travel and include a Lamiglas travel tube.
