Kiptails (calftails) make tying streamer patterns and hair wing dry flies easy and simple. These tails are also great for making tails on poppers, jigs and bass bugs, as well as saltwater patterns. The Crazy Charlie and Gotcha bonefish flies both use kiptail for the winging material.

The calftails we offer are clean of dye and natural oils. They are beautifully dyed, even to the root!

We offer the kiptails in twelve colors, shown in the table below. Each package contains one tail.
