HT Enterprises Polar Pics
HT Enterprises Polar Pics are ice safety devices that could save your life. The two five inch florescent orange handle pics are connected with a black plastic-covered cord. The Polar pics are designed to be rested over your shoulders with the cord resting on the backside of your neck.
The pics are used if you should happen to break through the ice. You use the pics to dig into the ice and pull yourself out of the freezing water.
