The Eagle Claw StarFire Downrigger and Diver Rods are designed specifically for the Great Lakes. With their specialty actions, durable blanks and quality components, these rods are sure to outshine the competition.

StarFire Downrigger and Diver Rods include the following features:
  • Specialized Great Lakes actions
  • Durable fiberglass blanks (yellow with blue guide wraps)
  • Stainless steel guides with ceramic inserts
  • Downlocking graphite reel seats with stainless steel hoods
We stock three models of the Eagle Claw StarFire which include the 7' 6" Trolling/Downrigger model, the 8' 6" Trolling/Downrigger model and the 10' Diver/Trolling model. Additional specifications are provided in the table below.

Please note that the 7' 6" model features a fore and rear grip constructed of blue, high density foam. The 8' 6" and 10' 0" models features a blue, triangular high density foam fore grip and a hard plastic rear grip for easy rod holder removal.
