Big Stick Floats
Drennan Stick Floats are used in the same way as the standard Stick Floats but do better in deeper waters. The float's thin plastic tail increases its sensitivity by reducing the friction when being pulled by a fish. These larger diameter floats enable for larger baits over the standard Sticks.
These floats are perfect for side-drifting medium to large sized rivers with slow currents.
The Big Stick comes in two different sizes, ranging from 6 1/2" to 6 7/8". The smaller size No. 2 is ideal for the medium streams, and the larger float can withstand the current of most medium to large sized streams.
In addition to the length, each float is marked with a gram weight on the side. The gram weights we offer are 1.4 and 1.75. This weight is not the weight of the float itself, but rather the amount of weight in grams that the float will support.

These are "loose" floats, meaning they do not come in a separate package. The rubber float caps used to attach the float to the fishing line are sold separately.
