Diamondback Americana Fly Rods offer a great value in an quality fly rod. This latest version of Americana rods was designed in the U.S. and is assembled overseas.
An advanced combination of craftsmanship and performance, the Americana is a unique fly rod that emphasizes quality as much as affordability. These medium-fast action rods are easy loading for smooth short casts, yet still retain plenty of power when you need to reach out further and deliver your fly on target. Designed with a taper to suit most any level of angler, the Diamondback Americanas is built on a sanded gray blank with green wraps. 5 and 6 weight models feature silver hardware with uplocking hard maple reel seats and western style handles. 7, 8 and 9 weight models feature black aluminum hardware with uplocking aluminum reel seats and full wells style handles and small non-removable fighting butts.
Diamondback Americana Fly Rods are available in both two piece standard models and three piece travel models.
