Sales Tax

Because our business is located in Pennsylvania, we are required to charge state sales tax of 6% to shipments to addresses located within Pennsylvania.

 

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, please keep the original package, and please keep all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department by email or by telephone at 800.922.1219 within ten calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment.

If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service Department by email or by telephone at 800.922.1219, as soon as you believe that a shipment has been lost in transit.

 

Military Discount PolicyUSA Flag

FishUSA.com is pleased to honor our veterans with a 10% discount on our store. To qualify for the discount, you must have an account on our store, and provide a current copy of a valid military ID or DD 214. This information can be submitted by email, by fax to 866.333.6143, or by mail to 1807 Pittsburgh Avenue, Erie, PA 16502. Once we have verified the information, a 10% discount will apply to all orders on your personal account. Please contact us with any questions.

For security purposes, please remove your social security number and service number from any documents sent to us.

Some products offered on our site are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. All claims made under a manufacturer's warranty must be made directly to the manufacturer.
