Cortland "Kerplunk" Lead Core Line

Cortland's "Kerplunk" premium lead core line features tough, abrasion-resistant braided nylon over a lead core to insure quick sinking. This line has 10 different specially dyed colors which change every 10 yards so you can measure the length of line out and water depths.

We offer Kerplunk in 100 yard spools in 18, 27, 36, 45 and 60 pound tests. Additional specifications are as follows.

Cortland advises that at trolling speeds of 0.5 mph to 1.8 mph while using a 10 foot monofilament leader, each 6 feet of Kerplunk line out will attain a diving depth of one foot. Each line color section will dive approximately 5 feet.
