The Cortland 444/CL Fly Fishing Outfit is a high quality complete setup perfect for trout, panfish and small bass. This combo includes a rod, reel, line, backing, leader, line cleaner, rod sock and fly box all at a great price.
The 8' 6" 4/5 wt. fly rod features a medium-fast action, a high-grade half wells cork grip and a beautiful, silver aluminum uplocking reel seat with a wood insert. The reel features diecast aluminum frame and spool construction and a strong disk drag for stopping hard charging fish.
The included 444 Classic WF5F flyline features an easy-casting front taper and a slick outer surface perfect long casts to rising trout. A 7 1/2' tapered leader and 100 yards of 20 lb. backing are also included.
