Berkley Wire-Wound Steelon Leaders
The Berkley Wire-Wound Steelon Leaders are hand wound instead of crimped making them hold stronger. This also makes them much more streamlined so they run truer through the water and gather and catch on fewer weeds and debris. Each leader features a McMahon swivel and an ultra strong Cross-Lok Snap with a pound test to match the nylon coated stainless steel wire leader material. The Berkley Wire-Wound Steelon Leaders resist bite-offs and provide the ultimate in abrasion protection making them a great choice when it comes to chasing toothy gamefish.
We carry the Berkley Wire-Wound Steelon Leaders in 6", 9", 12" and 24" lengths. These are available in Black and Bright colors, The snaps, swivels and wire windings are colored to match the leader material. These leaders come 3 per package. Pictures of each color can be seen below.
