Barr's Meat Whistle by Umpqua is a popular streamer fly pattern for Smallmouth Bass and Trout. This fly is designed to ride hook point up to help avoid bottom snagging. The Meat Whistle features squirrel tail and marabou construction with rubber legs and flash for added attraction. The conehead cuts quickly through the water to get the fly down deep - fast.
