Monel Trolling Wire
by American Fishing Wire

American Fishing Wire's "Monel" wire trolling line is the standard in wire line. Special processing gives the wire exceptional kink resistance with excellent ductility and high strength. This nickel-copper alloy provides maximum corrosion resistance in fresh and saltwater. Due to its greater density, this line sinks more rapidly and stays deeper than stainless steel and other trolling lines.

This is an excellent line for trolling lures and bait at depth. It is soft enough that it can be used with traditional line guides, and it can be knotted without the need for crimps or sleeves.

If you are looking to troll with wire line, this is the product you want. We stock this wire line in 20 and 30 pound test.

This line comes packed as two spools of 300 feet each, for a total of 600 feet of line per package. The 30 pound test is packed as two 300 foot connected spools. The 20 pound test is packed as two 300 foot spools that are not connected.

To order, please select from the list above.
